Effective Date: February 19, 2026
By entering NeuroNest Lab, you are no longer a mere “user”—you are a participant in a high-signal environment. By accessing this site, you agree to follow these protocols. If you don’t like the volatility of our terms, feel free to exit the lab now.
1. The Intellectual Alpha (Content Ownership)
Everything you see here—the Python snippets, the AI stock breakdowns, and the “unlosable net” strategies—is the proprietary intellectual property of NeuroNest Lab.
- You are welcome to learn from it, but copy-pasting our “alpha” and claiming it as your own is strictly prohibited.
- If you share our insights, give credit to the Lab. Don’t be a low-signal actor.
2. Not Financial Advice (The “Protect Your Own Capital” Clause)
This is the most important protocol: NeuroNest Lab is an educational and intellectual experiment.
- We provide data, code, and personal opinions. We do NOT provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
- Investing in AI stocks or crypto is like overclocking a GPU—it’s high-risk and can lead to total system failure (loss of capital).
- You are the sole executor of your trades. We are not responsible for your “red” days or “black swan” events.
3. User Conduct: No Noise, Just Signal
We encourage intellectual discourse, but we have zero tolerance for:
- Spamming: Don’t turn our comment section into a low-liquidity shitcoin exchange.
- Malicious Hacking: Attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary bots or disrupt the Lab’s infrastructure will result in an immediate ban.
4. Third-Party Links & AdSense (The External Nodes)
Our Lab may contain links to external sites (and ads served via Google AdSense).
- These are “External Nodes.” We do not control their algorithms or content.
- If you click an ad and end up in a digital rabbit hole, that’s on you. We just use the revenue to keep our servers running and our coffee strong.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Lab if you violate these protocols. We move fast, and we don’t have time for bad actors.
6. Governing Law
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction where the Lab’s primary server resides (South Korea), analyzed with the same logic we use for market trends.
